You can do either or BOTH. It's really ideal if you do BOTH because not only do all of us Minti members get to see your work but the whole Flickr Community does to! Having these photos out in the world is a great way to promote Minti.

I would encourage everyone here to first off JOIN FLICKR. Then search for the group called Minti at Flickr. Then Join the group. Then upload photos to your Flickr account (like you would do to any other photo sharing site). At the top of your image there will be a small button that says "send this to a group". Click there and the Minti option will show up. Click it and it's in the group!

Ideally we should try to get the Flickr group active as to bring attention to our lovely Minti community! We should have a really great photo pool over there if everyone gets involved. Imagine if every member posted one photo to the group!!?? WOW!!
